Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate / Executive Assistant. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys a balance of customer interaction and behind-the-scenes operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Retail Sales Associate Duties:

Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold PILLAR’s brand standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
Stay informed about product features, fit, and materials to educate customers
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS system
Support inventory management, restocking, and merchandising

Executive Assistant Duties:

Provide administrative support to the team
Assist with scheduling, email follow-ups, task management, and calendar coordination
Help coordinate marketing, event planning, and brand outreach efforts
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all internal matters
Execute daily operational tasks that keep the business running smoothly

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-starter with exceptional organizational abilities
Ability to multitask and take initiative in both retail and administrative settings
Prior retail or assistant experience preferred
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar) a plus
Passion for fashion, fitness, and lifestyle branding is a major bonus
