Position Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated and personable Retail Sales Associate to join our team at the Biltmore location. This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about fitness, fashion, and connecting with customers in a meaningful way. You’ll play a key part in creating a welcoming in-store atmosphere while representing the PILLAR brand with pride.

What You’ll Do:

Greet and assist customers, ensuring they feel valued and heard
Educate customers on our product line, brand story, and fit philosophy
Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is clean, organized, and fully stocked
Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately
Support inventory flow by assisting with restocking, tagging, and receiving shipments
Actively contribute to a positive team environment focused on service and results

Who You Are:

Friendly, approachable, and proactive in helping customers
Excited to represent a growing lifestyle brand and build brand loyalty
Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail setting
Detail-oriented and dependable, with strong communication skills
Passionate about fitness, wellness, or premium apparel is a plus

Qualifications:

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays
Able to lift boxes up to 30lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
Self-sufficient and self motivated doesn't require being micromanaged
